- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Luong was friendly and nice enough. However, there are major process issues when it comes to billing, and his staff is not very friendly (they were very unwilling to help me). The woman at the front desk is extremely rude and curt, and outright refused to help me sort out billing issues, nor was I allowed to speak directly to the billing person to try to sort this out myself.
